Union Properties is a Dubai-based real estate developer with over 30 years experience in real estate investment and development activities. The company was founded 1987 as Union Property Private Limited and listed to Dubai Financial Market in 1993.
Union Properties owns, operates, develops and invests in a portfolio of numerous well-known projects, all of which are located in attractive areas in Dubai. The company has already launched a list of key projects and completed more than 60,000 residential units in recent years, including projects such as Motor City Hills, OIA Residence, Index Tower & Ritz Carlton DIFC.
The company supports 11 subsidiaries and provides through them a lot of services from interior design to builders, from manufacturing to retail stores, from hospitality to shopping mall operators in Dubai.
Union was awarded as Property Company of the Year 2005 according to Arabia Business Magazine, as Best Real Estate Company 2016 in thirteenth grade, according to Forbes Middle East. According to the company financial report Union Properties recorded AED 423.4 millions in 2019 revenues.
